What an unforgettable 10-week journey with Blood Cancer United and the Visionaries of the Year 2026 campaign.

To stand alongside such passionate leaders, businesses, survivors, fighters, and supporters was truly one of the most inspiring experiences of my life.

Our team, Red Cell Rebels, finished as 1st Runner-Up, and I could not be more proud of what we accomplished together.

We were honored to receive the Outstanding Achievement Candidate Recognition Award for Connecticut for our community fundraising efforts including our event at Hawk Ridge Winery, which raised over $11,000, and our incredible Drink for a Cure campaign that brought together 18 content creators who each partnered with a local restaurant or coffee shop, raising over $6,500 for this fight.

And then came a moment I will never forget receiving the Impact Award for raising over $100,000.

This award means more to me than words can explain. The Impact Award now allows me to have my name linked directly to cutting-edge, Blood Cancer United-funded research focused on meaningful areas of blood cancer treatment and advancement. Knowing this campaign will continue making an impact long after the gala lights dimmed is something I will carry with me forever.

But this campaign was never just about fundraising.
It was about resilience.
It was about community.
It was about showing up for people fighting battles they never asked for.

Every donation, every sponsorship, every creator partnership, every business contribution, every shared post, every ticket purchased, and every person who walked into that room helped fuel something so much bigger than ourselves: hope.

To my team, my creators, the businesses who believed in this mission, every donor, and every single person who showed up beside us thank you. You fought with us. And this fight matters. Itmatters for every child and adult currently battling blood cancer. For the families still searching for answers. For the survivors who continue inspiring us every day.
And for the warriors still fighting battles most people never see.

To the future Visionaries who may one day sit in that room…fight.
